At WONKY COFFEE, we want you to love every brew; however, due to the perishable nature of our coffee beans, we can only accept returns on non-food merchandise or incorrect orders within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

    Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or the reason for the return.

    Review and Approval

    Our team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure it meets our safety and quality guidelines for a return or exchange.

    Secure Packaging

    Once approved, pack the unused items securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our roastery.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    After we receive and inspect your item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement coffee immediately.
